How to register your Engrade Account Online

Engrade is a digital grading service that grades books used by teachers and schools in a district. It is a free utility and service and offers teachers from across the globe options to identify books that they can refer. If a school is registered with engrade, it can take part in the standardization process of the curriculum at a national level. Schools registered with this service can also provide the option for parents and teachers to access the service wherein parents can monitor the performance of their child online. Teachers, parents and the students can access the account and it provides students the option to customize their report card and to upload any assignments that have been assigned to them.

Requirements to register your Engrade Account at Engrade.com

A PC or laptop with a fast and stable internet connection
Access code – the access code is required for students to register at the site. If you do not have your access code, contact your teacher.

Step by step instructions

1. To start the registration process at Engrade, go to https://www.engrade.com/.
2. You will find three options available to you for registration. You can register as

1. Teachers
2. Administrators
3. District and States
4. Alternatively, you can click on the following link to take you to the registration page,https://www.engrade.com/user/signup.php.

The options available to you for registration will be

1. Teacher
2. Administrator/School
3. Student
4. Student’s Parent
5. Pick the type of registration you would like to do.
6. If you click on ‘Student’ or ‘Student’s Parent’, you will be asked to provide the access code in the next screen.
7. Provide the access code and follow the instructions on screen to complete the registration process.
8. If you click on Teacher or Administrator/School, you will have to provide the following details for registration

1. Name
2. Email Id
3. Preferred username
4. Preferred password
5. Fill in the details, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and then click on ‘Create My Account’ to complete the registration.
