It 'easy, only 5 steps:
1) Download and install the USB drivers for your L3 from here ;2) Download and extract from there the. zip file ROOT;
3) Connect your phone to your PC in "USB debugging" ( Settings-> Applications-> Development-> USB debugging );
4) Now just run the file "run.bat" in the folder you extracted;
5) Wait for the root to be executed and disconnect the phone (+ or - 1 minute).
